Hi,
I dont have a question bank of importance as such, but i know some impotance for sure:

SSM:
Productivity (Quality) &
Process both account for more than 30 marks.

classification exteremely important.

Sectors are to be given this proirity:

1. Hotel
2. Hospital
3. Banking
4. Airline
5. IT (Future)*
6. Insurance
7. Housing (short notes on HUDCO, NHB, MHADA very very very important for short notes)
These are the most important ones which u should never bunk. Rest also read atleast 2 times, u never know what will come from where.

CAse study wise never leave service recovery and complaint handling u need to know them fr applying in the case.
