The study has focused on the distribution channel at a typical tyre manufacturing company. The study goes into the details of the monetary and non-monetary incentives given to the channel as well as the field force. It details out the training provided and the target setting and monitoring mechanisms for both the trade and well as the field force. It also details out how different variables affect the distribution of tyres. It details out the different modes of transportation and documents used during transport and the functions of these documents.
It also provides a Financial comparison of Ceat and its competitor MRF and gives the reasons as to why they differ in their sales spends.
