The subject is an admission test for master degree in law and candidates are allowed to get a master degree. The paper is helpful to get the candidates admitted in master degree and they can get a lot of opportunities after completion of their course from a reputed University.

Paper Pattern:

The paper of entrance test in LLM is a subjective paper and there are 5 questions in the paper. The candidates are required to attempt 4 questions from it. All questions are of equal marks. The questions are of case studies and there are no sub-questions in the paper. All questions are of long answer type.

Questions in the paper are such as ‘trade mark’, ‘service mark’, economic development in India, the rights of industries, foundation of each ground of cases, registered & unregistered license of trades, agreement and its validity, patentable invention, revoke of a law, law conduction, charge sheet of a case, victims etc.

Marks and time:

The paper fetches a total of 80 marks from it and time to get these marks is 3 hours only for a student. Each question is of equal marks in the paper.
