Companies in search of new clients loss their existing employee. Employee are the base of the company and actually they are the the cataract which uplift the performance of the company.Employee do not only work for the monetary purpose they require facilities and dignity too. Employee retention is very important in today's competitive world where,if you have survive then you have to gather your powerful army to defend your market.
