The effect of western culture in India has affected the youth to a great extent. It can mostly be seen in terms of dressing, food habits, even the western dance and so on.

Often people, prefer foreign products to buy right from a toy to cars. They think Foreign products have more good quality than that of Indian Products.

Without a doubt , accepting this western culture is beneficial for us. But we are even forgetting our own traditional culture.

How far do you agree to this?

Yes, for sure we are forgetting our culture and gals are specialising in it. According to d Indian Culture women are suppose to be homely and shy humans. Being modern is a different thing but converting modernity into vulgarity in d name of being moder is totally shameful.

Today everything has taken a different view, meaning and sense. Be it a education, be it a clothes, be it a politics, be it a music, and many more. People have started adopting the western cultures, now rarely you see womens wearing sarees now, rarely you see traditional methods of education, rarely you see people listening to old songs and etc..

Yes we all know that Western Culture is affecting Indian Youth, but most of them are interested to know about the latest trends and latest brands of clothes and cars released in to the western market. But no one is interested to develop the same concept and Technology in India.

If the people who are really interested in getting addicted to the Western culture, they also get to know about their mannerism and neatness of the surroundings. Wearing Jeans and minis is not enough to acquire the western culture. But our PPL only acquired this.

What I suggest is to get to know about the western culture but that should not affect OUR INDIAN CULTURE in a bad way.

A great aspect of our Indian Music, which has now been forgotten is SUFI MUSIC.
Sufi music is a genre of music inspired by Sufism, and by the works of Sufi poets, like Rumi, Hafez, Bulleh Shah and Khwaja Ghulam Farid.Qawwali is the most well known form of Sufi music, common in India and Pakistan . However, music is also central to the whirling dervishes and the ceremony of Sema, who use a slow, sedate form of music featuring the Turkish flute, the ney.
