I am currently designing the compensation for one of the company, but getting stuck in between.. If any1 is having any idea on the same please do help me

In case you are designing a compensation policy....firstly you need to decide where you need to give the compensation as it is the fundamental component of employment and one of the critical HR management policy...some of them include:
Minimum Wage
Rate of holiday
Overtime Pay
Equal Pay
Vacation Pay
Deductions
Gratuities
Payroll Records
Salary Range
Decision-Making for salary increases
Time frames for salary review
Bonus and incentive pay

it wud b better if u tell me which terms u have mentioned in your policy making so in dat case i will try to tell u more related to it....Hope this wud help u...
