The following can be done to bring about a change in behaviour easily and that too rewarding..

Conduct market research & find out:

The real reasons people are willing to contemplate changing their behavior.

How people would prefer to accomplish behavior change.

Whether opinions of others would sway the target audience’s decision.

What benefits or costs would actually push people to make the desired change.

What kind of support would make it easier for people to change.

Develop a strategy :

Think about what the target audience needs to make change possible.

Decide how to maximize benefits.

Decide how to minimize costs.

Learn about and counter the competitors.

Make the new behavior socially desirable.

Make the change easily done.
 
I also want to add something here. Do a simple thing and just select any problem, mind-set, behavior, even bad habit which you would like to deal with and ask these concerns.

What are my objectives when I engage in this actions/way of considering, feeling, thinking, or performing? Basically, what are the outcomes of doing it?

By what means am i able to quit this actions? What do I want to perform to be able to stop thinking, performing, acting this way?
