Indians are one of the few people who're spread all over the world. Safety is just dependent on socio-economical factor of the person in foreign land. We'd never see such a thing with A Laxmi Mittal or Madhu Sapre or Ambani's or SRK's for that matter. In every country people see the low-income group as vulnerable targets thats all.
