I dont think it is okay 2 kiss in public. our indian society and culture are not so broad minded that they will accept such kind of a thing. It is still a taboo for us. so it may also depend on the place where u are....
At some places you can express ur feeling openly and people will also not mind it (bcoz everyone is also doing the same thing at such places)
But at most of the places you will be troubled by locals or police or shiv sena or bagrang dal etc.
