A. US figures are quoted for reference. Is the environment India same as that of US at a macro level. How do you find a relevance ? If relevant, you may like to include.
B. Gallup Organization - 80000 Managers at 400 Corporations - What were the levels considered ? Does your retention strategy for the target segment fall into the reference segment ?
C. Factors for organizations leaving: Can you rate by relevance and be industry specific, geography specific ?
