Hi,
First and foremost let us get one thing clear that terrorists are no ordinally , run off the mill criminals who require imprisonment of any kind with a larger motive of reformation at heart. (that point is a matter of another string to be debated)
Terrorists are specifically created human like species programmed to destroy specified targets with maximum collateral damage. The arrest of them is of no use to mankind as they are devoid of any basic human feelings and sensitivities. So by arresting them we merely increasing the work load of our overworked legal system. It is a myth that our politicians have percolated down the system that every person needs legal aid in a civilized society. No, the key point here is every person living in the civilized world needs legal help to defend himself/ herself. Now, look at NGO's who will fight for them if they are arrested, demanding proper trials for them from which they will be acquitted honourably. Lemme see one NGO member defending them even if his or her family member was the target or victim of the terrorist attack.
This debate can go on and on. Lets put an end to it by saying just annihilate this sub human race by killing them once they are spotted/caught.
