|  really really urgent - valuation of a company -

Hi all, i have a project on valuation of the company where i have to use any one of the valuation methods like the free cash flow or EV/EBITA stuff like that and value the company and write a report on it,... please help me as iam a little weak in the enterprise valuation subject and i need to submit it in 2 days...
it would be great if any one knows exactly how to go about with the valuation and help me... please really.. any listed company that shows a progress in the future would do..
