I would like to know as to what exactly you would like to know in Training & Development.. as it is a very vast topic..
Will you like to cover it from the start, thats Training Need Analysis.. or in what manner?? if you could give atleast a rough idea for the same..
Also same with Performance Appraisal.. as there are many organisations in India, who do not follow any particular format for the same & also different organisations follow different kinds of ways for the same...
It would all depend on the sector you are gonna choose for the same..
Many organisations dont follow any kind of professional appraisal format, but they give a normal increament after some period of time..
So if you could give some information as to what you exactly want.. I could be able to help you out..
