the quality of education is not increasing in india. still d same pedantic style of teaching is dere. in d XI th five year plan pm manmohan singh promised d expansion of higher education but deir is no good faculty to provide dat. the emphasis should be at the primary level. v shud start improving it from d roots. mere opening of new schools n universities will not provide d good quality.
