In the wake of terrorism,Congress Govt has removed the home minister and replaced him with another one from its kitty.But this is not the answer for the Terrorist activities.Who is held accountable for this terrorist attack?The new minister or Old minister.Without proper enquiry they are simply removed from the portfolio.Is this the problem with our IB or RAW?Neither one is taking the responsibility for the attacks nor they are willing to bring this matter to the table.Simply shifting the portfolio will not solve this prblm.So there is no accountability in our country for the mistakes.
