well... not all our elders are well qualified... we cant chuck out oldy brainies just coz they de dont hold a certificate..n wats d guarantee dat a educated chap wud b loyal n not turn out to b corrupt? All politicians who reach their level r brilliant n intelligent in der own way..otherwise its not an easy task to reach there. but we can take dat atleast in future we hav all members qualified.
