This is primarily because of the fact that a person who has worked for say, 2 years, must have gained something out of it and learned how to work in a particular situation. hey vaishali thanks for ur valuable thoughts i feel having a good work experience gives u a edge over the competition.i feel u can use ur work experience other candidates like if u have good work experience u can flaunt it.......but i think work ex is really helpful it gives a practical knowledge of business application before u learn ur theory.thanks neways pls do reply ur further thoughts on it and if u liked ma post me send a thanks report too.bye.tc
