guys there is an important thing in a GD.. that is the topic ... the topic which is given might be a conflicting one .. so we have think twice or thrice about the topic ..we have talk in a neutral manner .. especially guys wen we r in the midst of women.. we can certainly feel the aggression while on d move

2.giving statistical data ..s its important but a real factual one an updated one.

3. appreciating and agreeing if the point is right .. this will add a value for d person cos .. how much u r adjustable and how much u r respecting ur peers ideas wen u r in an organisation .that doesnt mean that u shud keep our mouth shut for certain things .. u cud tell them in a polite way .. eg .- i feel that the idea given would be taken in a different way ... n so on ..
