Can anybody please let me know if CRR i.e. Cash Reserve Ratio is one of the ways that RBI follows to curb inflation. Also, I would like to know that how RBI or the Finance Ministry decides on the amount of currency that they want to print in a given period? As this is also one of the main reasons for inflation.
