Reading the news about many companies decision to defer visit to the campus by a semester............ It connected me to the exciting moments every time while on a campus calling.... What a metaphorical experience it is.... Those anxious moments..... Faculty members like those gynecologists ....full of details with reports etc about the progress of the children.... The Corporate representatives like those pediatricians wanting to know more and more ... history card of the children so that they can plan how to handle from the day the children arrive!! Some of my colleagues have used other interesting metaphors like ‘Swayamwar, Child adoption centers etc I found this as emotionally connecting and closest - Those Talent Transition Trinity a lively life experience and an annual treat to treasure.
