Marketing mamgement deals with marketing functions of a company. Marketing functions are like selling products, creating awareness about product, advertising etc. This course attracts most of the MBA students as their speclialization course because almost every company needs Marketing personals.


Marketing Specialization has many courses. Some of them are following:

Customer Relationship Management

This course contains how to cadre new customer, how to keep relationship with existing customers and how to retain them with the company in this competitive market. CRM is a business strategy directed to understand, anticipate and respond to the needs of an enterprise's current and potential customers in order to grow the relationship value.


Brand Archittecture

This course contains how to make a product as brand in makerting. How an organization structures and names the brands within its portfolio. There are three main types of brand architecture system: monolithic, where the corporate name is used on all products and services offered by the company; endorsed, where all sub-brands are linked to the corporate brand by means of either a verbal or visual endorsement; and freestanding, where the corporate brand operates merely as a holding company, and each product or service is individually branded for its target market.


Consumer Behavior Management

This course contains who is consumer?, what is his qualities, how does he make decision to buy a product, what factors affects his decision, how can we use these factors beneficial for our company's products.


Sales Management

Sales Management means managing sales of a company's products. We study in this course how to generate leads, how to prepare for meeting, how to handle obstacles and how to close deal. This course also tells what are the qualities of a sales manager.


Export Management

The students are exposed to a thorough study of the various departments of Export-Import trade. Though the course emphasizes more on the export business, import formalities are also covered. The course covers various export-related topics such as marketing, packaging, shipping, financing, documentation and policies from a practical viewpoint. The curriculum has been designed to cover the latest developments in all these fields and the course material is constantly revised to reflect changes in policies, procedures etc.
