Feedback from the Trainee Selection Process
“We’ve had a good experience with selection of trainees from IGTC over the past two years. The candidates are keen and enthusiastic about getting to experience, working with corporate sectors at a very nascent stage of their career; in turn it gives us fresh, groomed and readily employable talent. It is a rather difficult task to choose one over the other when so many bright candidates beaming with energy are aspiring to join.”
